Insulating the facades of an old or poorly insulated house has become indispensable for:

  • reducing heating costs;

  • improving the comfort of the inhabitants;

  • reducing the risk of condensation and the appearance of mould on cold walls;

  • improving the Energy Performance of Buildings (EPB);

  • significantly increasing the value of your home.

  • The insulation of the facades concerns all buildings (houses, offices, apartments, etc.) built at a time when the walls were not insulated or only insulated a little.

INSTALLATION STEPS

  • Installation of statutory scaffolding;
  • Installation of window sills, installation of new aluminium sills, etc.
  • If necessary, fitting a seal with the roof (zinc profile);
  • Mechanical fastening and bonding of insulating panels according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  • Wrapping and installation of a damp proof mortar undercoat;
  • Bulk application of the coloured topcoat
